Booking policy
- Cancelled 14 days or more before your appointment: eligible for the applicable refund.
- Cancelled less than 14 days before your appointment: no refund.
- No-show: the paid deposit is forfeited.
- Arriving late does not move the reserved end time, so the usable session becomes shorter. If the work cannot be finished in the reserved time, extra time or a further session may be required and charged.
Design and planning are discussed after booking. Nothing is final until you approve the sketch.
